This website is operated and controlled by Sunseeker Superyacht Management from the United Kingdom. Sunseeker Superyacht Management exists under the laws of England. Terms of site use

By submitting your application to us at SYM Crew SARL; trading as SYM CREW, SYM CREW MONEY & SUNSEEKER CREW, hereinafter referred to as “SYM Crew” acting in the capacity of a yacht crew recruitment agency and advisor to yacht crew, you agree to these Terms. This is a legal agreement.

You acknowledge that SYM Crew will not at any time be treated or will act as your employer. We will not enter into a contract of employment with you. The third parties to which SYM Crew submit your application shall have full discretion over the application and SYM Crew is in no way responsible for the decisions of third parties as to whether or not to appoint you. Furthermore, SYM Crew shall have no liability in respect of any claims which may arise as a result of the submission of your application or any subsequent employment which results from your application. 

In no circumstances shall any application or successful appointment by a third party be construed as creating an employment relationship between you and SYM Crew. SYM Crew make no representation or warranty as to the final terms or duration of any appointment obtained through our services. Further,
no representations are made as to the availability of positions advertised by SYM Crew and we do not guarantee that any third party to whom we submit your application will offer any interview, employment or respond to you following submission of your application. 

By submitting your application by email or in person and/or by registering on our database and completing a candidate record, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your details (including any sensitive personal data) in connection with the purpose for which you submitted your application. This
includes but is not limited to sending your information to third parties for the purpose of submitting your application for their consideration. SYM Crew shall have no liability as regards the use of your information.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE SYM CREW:

By submitting your application by email or in person and/or by registering on our database and completing a candidate record, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your details (including any sensitive personal data) in connection with the purpose for which you submitted your application. This includes but is not limited to sending your information to third parties for the purpose of submitting your application for their consideration. SYM Crew shall have no liability as regards the use of your information once it has been passed onto third parties. All collected information shall be subject to data entry with a view to forwarding your personal details and information to potential employers and clients in the course of the recruitment process.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE:

SYM Crew will only keep your contact details and other information you have provided, for as long as you require our services. When you no longer wish for us to keep your data for recruitment purposes and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, either you can delete your candidate record directly at www.jobs.symcrew.eu or email us to do so for you at info@symcrew.eu and we will remove it from our systems. Your privacy is VERY important to us; SYM Crew cares very much about the security of your information and uses many different safeguards to preserve that security and the integrity of all information collected through the website and recruitment database. However, SYM Crew cannot guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. SYM Crew is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, SYM Crew will take all reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
